My love for training started after I broke my arm playing football. Once I recovered I wanted to build up my strength and weight so this injury wouldn't happen again. However, I never returned to football as I fell in love with the gym. I started out with a type of training called calisthenics, this is body weight only and that is one mistake I made but I soon started to weight train and saw improvements quickly. Everyday, researching on how to improve myself and the best ways to train. Just under one year later I have above average knowledge and I can show people in the right direction and help them achieve their fitness goals.I achieved mine by having the right mind set and motivation to continue even when it was hard.
I have only been training for around a year but that is not going to stop! I've reached my goal and now setting new ones everyday to improve myself. One year later from now I will do another transformation and explain about my walls I had to face and how I got around them! I hope I can inspire people to start their journey. my training plans will get results!
